The goods: 1/2 c brown rice, cucumbers, @sunsetgrown
wild wonders medley tomatoes, diced red onion, @traderjoes
frozen falafel sautéed in 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp @hopefoods
spicy avocado hummus, and 1 tbsp @chobani
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
Tip: hummus is a good source of plant based protein that can be added to just about any dish or eaten as a snack!
